louispaulb 28f544a777 ui(dispatch): lighter solver settings — a cost per criterion, no slider ... Replaced the distance↔specialty slider (heavy) with 4 compact number inputs: Spécialité (rank_weight), Heures sup (overtime_coef — now tunable, was hardcoded), km/h (speed), Calcul s (max_seconds). Persisted in solverOpts (localStorage), passed to the solver. Tooltips replace the verbose inline hints.
