Retrait du lien reply legacy. - Hub /field/comment (token tech) : ajoute au FIL du ticket. Par défaut = NOTE INTERNE (jamais au client) ; case public cochée → réponse publique (courriel client) via postTicketLegacy(public). Job natif → Comment ERPNext.
