louispaulb 11ca7258f3 fix(garde): nom de règle = champ texte libre éditable (au lieu d'un autosuggest vide) 
Le nom de la file/règle était un q-select autosuggest dont les options (groupNames) sont vides →
il paraissait vide et il fallait Entrée pour valider une saisie. Remplacé par un q-input texte
libre (clearable) : on tape et on édite le nom directement.
