Envoi scindé : 1 appel SMS (techs cochés+tél) + 1 appel courriel (cochés+email). Bouton « Envoyer (N) » = nb réel de destinataires. - Édition INLINE dans le dialogue : tech sans téléphone/courriel → champ + « Enregistrer » sans quitter (roster.setTechContact → POST /roster/technician/contact → update Dispatch Technician + invalide le cache).
